We are so lucky to have such a beautiful church sitting in our parish. Maybe you have been christened or married at St Peters? It has many treasures to find, such as brasses and stained glass window from the 15th century. In order to preserve it for our children and future generations requires constant maintenance and as a grade II listed building it has other challenges to keeping it in a good state.
Anyone can become a Friend, either individually, as a pair, family or even as a company. In fact you may want to buy membership for someone else as a gift; perhaps a family member who has moved away and would like to keep up a link with their home.
Friends will be invited to some special social events and receive regular news updates.
If you are interested in becoming
a member of the Friends of St. Peter’s, details are available from the
church or alternatively from the Secretary, at |
